If someone has a good new number for their BBS I would really appreciate it,
or an FTP site? I've been having the same problems, but their BBS number
evokes a voice message referring you to a main company phone number, which is
*always* busy! If you don't mind, please respond via e-mail...thanks!

Subject: WinSock Compliance Testing
We're really dependent on the WinSock interface, in terms of functionality,
stability, completeness, and performance. I have in excess of 30 WinSock
applications that I use to "shake it down", including several that were
specifically developed to stress the various performance aspects.
What I don't have (and haven't been able to find) is a coverage test that
specifically tests the use and response to all variations of API parameters
and illegal operation return codes. Combinatorics make it a damn hard thing
to test.
Does anyone out there have a WinSock compliance test suite, installation
validation and verification set, etc. for testing various WinSock's?

The only ones I'm aware of are commercial versions from FTP Software
and Distinct.
